Who We Are
Choices Contracting Spain is led by a UK trained director with 17 years living and working in Spain. We carry out building and renovation work for homeowners, landlords, developers, and property flips across Almeria and Spain. Projects range from small improvements through to full renovations, extensions, and new builds.
Project Management & Budgeting
Our director is multi trade qualified with over 30 years experience in construction. Alongside hands on building work, CCS also brings more than a decade in corporate and project funding. This supports clear planning, budgeting, and coordination, helping projects stay on track and budget wise from start to finish. It also ensures trades and materials are scheduled correctly.
Local Knowledge and Contacts
Spanish properties require the right preparation and materials for Mediterranean climates. After nearly two decades working locally, CCS understands Spanish building methods, suppliers, and which products perform best in heat and coastal conditions.
